They're only analogous in terms of how you should aim to deal with large crowds in a way that limits harm to people.
"Limits harm to people", there is the immediate harm of bashing someone over the head and there is a more external harm of allowing a far right mob to access and browse a key government institution unaccosted.
Just to clarify, in no way do I want to trivialise the unjustness of the response (law and media) to the BLM protests.
