it's annoying that the only person who can restore order doesn't want to restore order, are there not any other powers or people that can order troops in, ideally democrat troops
i wonder if he's intentionally pushing people to try and overthrow him to get his supporters even more riled up and strengthen his core support, he really doesn't want to leave democratically
