  • Company were pretty good. They said money off (10%), replacement or send out Samsung for repair. I said that latter as it seems less wasteful and we had to take the front door off to get the thing in. Samsung immediately get on the case and give the job to their approved service engineers who immediately cancel the job because of Covid. F M L

  • Ha - you had me in the first half.

    Not that it will help but we put in a service request for our cooker hood motor in April. It was finally fixed a week before Christmas....

  • Get them in to take it away and give you a replacement. White goods repairs are always a joke. You don’t know what else was damaged when it got that knock. But they’ll only fix the obvious.
