May have changed, but when I wanted to do this Tado didn't support electric underfloor.
They do, however, have a connection for a hot water relay, immersion heater I guess. It's got a relatively low amp rating but if your heating mat is less than the rating it'll be fine. I have a flex going from the control thing to a spur outside the bathroom, that goes to thermostat on the bathroom wall, then down to heating mat. You need a thermostat in the loop so it doesn't just melt after being permanently on.
Well into telling google to turn the bathroom floor on in prep for a shower when I come back from a cold ride.
