Looks great! I've just ordered some of the Fidlock Snap buckles for a similar closure from elastic cord to webbing. Are these the full size ones?

I think these are the 20mm, the webbing connection is 3/4" exactly. Really nice hardware - just wish they were cheaper!

I knew I'd seen this bike on the forum when I saw it the other day.
We crossed paths at the lights outside Oval station, think it was last week. You did give the Pompino a second glance.

Picked this up a while ago with a damaged dropout. I’ve attempted a repair and given it a respray. It’s a Rose team cgf.

Today I wanted to install the brake calipers on my current mgoof project
As it is also a mwoof (modern wheelset on old frame) the period correct brake calipers are too narrow for the modern wide rims
Are there any „low profile“ brake pads or do i have to use modern brake calipers?
Many thanks

Would it be sacrilege to take a Cinelli Grammo stem and paint it black?
I have a black carbon seatpost I'm using for a project, and it annoys me that the stem does not match.
The obvious answer is titanium seatpost, of course...

Zoom CrMo if you could still find them.
Otherwise I like the look of these

Swisstop sell their ‘evo’ brakepads which are thinner from the factory, designed for wider rims. Maybe try those?

Almost all parts ready to go, just waiting on bars. Took a massive punt on untested frame from insta that ticked all the boxes, looking forward to first ride

I bought this on here a year or so ago, swapped original parts for eleven speed Campagnolo and Reynolds wheels. Is fun to ride, technically it’s my bad weather bike, despite the carbon rims. Got very filthy over the festive period

Anyone on here riding or ridden a giant propel?
Considering picking one up and giving modern carbon a try -

I worked on alot in my time at Evans, I hated them. Jusy a pain to work on and I just don't like the proprietary brakes they use,🤢🤢

I think its mandatory to ride on stranger's wheels then cut them up and burn through a red light whilst bunny hopping potholes without calling them out and flipping the bird to other riders whilst riding a propel

Picked up this MBK super record with full 7speed campag chorus just before Christmas not had much free time to crack on with it but I’ve managed give it a much needed clean, polish, some 1st gen Mavic Cosmic’s plus a Turbo saddle.

I dont know about the newer disc brake ones but the older rim brake one I had could only manage 23s. I'm glad I sold mine for a few reasons.
