  • I rang my local shop who deals with Cannondale this morning and they said they would have to charge to look after a warranty claim (sending back to Cannondale etc.) and I should go back to the original retailer who should do it for free.

    Ugh....not sure it’s supposed to work like that. You could ask CSG if it’s supposed to work like that :)

  • Yeah I mentioned that on the phone. I read on the Cannondale site that you should be able to take a warranty claim to any of their dealers and things would get sorted.

    Anyway, I've started an insurance claim, emailed CSG and also got in touch with the shop who I think the frame was bought from. Just need to wait for replies now.
