'Coppermill Village' E17. At least that's what @Chrisbmx116 calls it. Next to the marshes. Ironically the place we're buying is at medium risk of flooding from rivers and the sea. Or if the reservoir across the way bursts.

Arse. My folk's old village lobbied the local MP to get a pumping station put in to fix their water pressure issues, it was a big improvement. Maybe another campaign for Stella? 😂
As our place has a modern fairly recently fitted combi I'm planning to move it instead of buying a new one but this may mess up those plans.
We're having our survey done on Friday, can you ask a surveyor to check water pressure?
