Every bottom bracket has two interfaces - one that fits your frame and the other that fits your cranks. You can think of it as an adapter between the two if you like. There's much more variety on the frame side than on the crank side.
In particular both the RS510 and any vaguely modern Ultegra cranks (2005 onwards) both use the Shimano Hollowtech II road standard to interface with the BB, so it's a straight swap.

I want to replace chainset, but a bit puzzled by BB'S. There is something around 26444654335 different types of them, and they need to match the frame. But I don’t see 26444654335 different versions of cranksets around, existing ones are usually having different cranks length and chainrings. Does it mean I can put any crankset in my BB? (I have now threded BB and RS510 fitted and want to upgrade to Ultegra).
