Thanks Peter, but I found a live stream (of GCN) and then GCN sorted out their technical issues.

I've paid for GCN for a year. But they had some issue today which meant they weren't showing the women's race, so I headed over to tiz-cycling.com and found a free, moody stream of GCN instead.
