    Nose breathing
    Focus on new programme of stretching and physio from previous injury (previous sessions got curtailed by covid)

    Been reading Breath by James Nestor and hearing from Patrick Mckeown. Now very interested, amplified in covid times, by who's mouth breathing or nose breathing as they walk or run past me on the towpath / streets.
