Longer bolt and drilling out will also mean a larger diameter size bolt, if that is acceptable.

Maybe. Still it feels like I've got more milage out of square tapered bb's on my other bikes. And to be honeat I cant feel any difference one over the other.

Yeah, it’s just bodging some exhaust together, nothing mission critical/precise. Lol.

I’ve just got on my rollers for the first time in a couple of years. They feel like there’s too much resistance, I remember them feeling much more free spinning. They stop after a couple of seconds when coasting. I might be misremembering though, are they normally like this? Bearings all seem fine and the frame is nice and square.

Which rollers? Doesn’t sound normal.

The lack of inertia is normal. Take the bike off and give them a spin by hand to see if you also have excessive bearing resistance. Rollers are very sensitive to tyre pressure, more so as the roller diameter goes down. Add air to make riding easier.

when coasting.
Misread this. What you’re describing actually does sound normal if you’re on the bike.

Cool thanks both. Tyres did bulge on the rollers a lot. I’ll pump them up and give it another go tomorrow. Rollers spin nicely unloaded.

If I'm using rollers at home I put at least 10 psi more than normal in each tyre, mainly to reduce any bouncing at high cadence but I can't imagine the tyres being squished onto a much smaller surface area than compared to the road is good for them

Currently have 6 x 12v 50W Dichroic 50mm M258 38deg Flood Beam halogens in the bathroom (no dimming).
Just put the last spare halogen in and want to buy LEDs for future replacements.
Looking here:
I've got a choice of 2700K (Extra Warm White), 3000K (Warm White) and 4000K (Cool White).
I take it 2700K would be roughly the same as the existing halogens, and 4000K (Cool White) would be too clinical for a bathroom, so it's just much of a muchness between 2700K and 3000K?
I'm erring towards the 3000K for replacements...
What colour temp do most people have in bedrooms/living rooms? (Also need to order some SES candle bulbs that are used in various rooms around the flat.)

Tungsten halogen is more like 3000K. 4000K is only just "cool", "daylight" lamps are in the 6000K area. It depends what your bathroom is for, in the morning if you want waking up and to see how you're going to face the world, daylight is probably better. If you like a night time wallow before going to bed, choose warm white.

What was the name of that British movie where that one guy accidentally takes some ecstasy at a wedding party and his girlfriend has to calm him down and later they're standing on the roof of that house and he's high as fuck?

Edit- love. Wedding. Repeat.
Had said death at a funeral, which is obviously not at a wedding.

Lots, over nearly 20 years. Never had any kind of problem. I'm guessing Tier4 at Christmas has a lot to do with it, contact them on Monday when somebody should be at work.

That's surprising, as normally they are very quick in despatching orders.

Need to convert front Hope pro 4 hub from QR to 12mm thru-axle
Is the part number HUB482?
Just various sizes, so I have them on hand in the future if I need them. I've been advised just to drill them out and just use a longer bolt and bolt straight through instead anyway.
