Doesn’t matter if it’s Rapha or Decathlon/PlanetX but you could do a lot worse than;
Short sleeve baselayer
SS jersey
Arm warmers
Bibs
Leg warmers (cheap are fine)
Packable full finger gloves (cheap are fine)
Toe thingies (cheap are fine)
A cap or buff for yer head
And...
A thin, packable softshell gilet or jacket, maybe goretex. If you go for a gilet perhaps buy decent arm warmer like Sportful NoRain or similar.
