Consensus is usually Tacx Flow, about £250. I think it's the cheapest smart trainer.

Don't forget to budget for a fan though. And possibly bits like an ANT+ adaptor depending on your setup.

Further to @jaitch 's comments, are there any suggestions of a good Smart trainer on a budget?
