I go with:
Dhb rain defence bibs (pad)
Ls base layer
Ls perfetto
Gilet (though a burner is sounding pretty rad right now)
If it's not raining then swap the perfetto for something like the deep winter and drop the gilet.
Also gloves/over shoes.
Ah, I see march. Is usually wetter and colder right? And early starts
