i would just provide all of that information to your credit card company (date of cancellation, date of shipment, shipment rejection, etc) in the form of screenshots. in my experience, all of that evidence will side them with you, and rightfully, your money. that puts the pressure on YT to resolve with DHL to get their money back, with you out of the equation.

The fluro finish is, somewhat disappointingly, painted on so it chips.

Wouldn’t bother myself

By dint of calling DHL every day since the 25th of November I've managed to get the bike a) found and b) taken out of the holding bay in the Croydon depot and c) sent back to YT.

I have emailed the tracking number to YT showing them that the bike is back with them, so of course they've not given me my money back.

Jeez, what a saga. LBS ftw. Hope you get a satisfactory outcome soon.

All I know is that the bike is in Germany, it's not made it (or had not made it) back to YT when I last heard from them.

I have a Rockshox Reverb dropper on the 295, with the plunger actuator thing. Said thing is currently between the brake lever and the stem, and it's a little too far away from the grip. There isn't enough room to mount it on the other side of the lever.

On the other bike I have a Fox Transfer, and the lever-actuator is mounted on the brake lever mount, and it's in the perfect place.

Is there a way of solving this that isn't the Wolfs Tooth Reverb cable conversion kit for Magura?

Ah! Rockshox make the 1x remote, which looks much better. Will it fit with to a mount that would otherwise take a SRAM shifter?

Reverb 1x remote turned up today- of course it needs a bleed kit that isn’t included. That’s now ordered. Expensive business!

My bank finally returned the money for the YT jump bike, so hopefully that chapter is coming to a close.
