Have you seen the new testing centre behind the lido?

From my flat I can watch people in large mixed group households drink beer in the street and also see a massive Contagion style marquee for them to get their positive test results from...

This the Brockwell lido? Was wondering what it was, vaccine or testing centre were our best guesses.
