Anyone on here know about permitted development rules for loft conversions?
In particular is end of terrace classed as terraced or semi-detached and is the 40/50m^3 limit all of the converted space or just the extra space created (so the original roof space does not count towards it)?
Just idly pondering at the moment but something I'd probably look to do eventually.
Pretty sure end of terrace is still classed as a terrace. The volume is additional space created so not including existing roof volume but if you have existing additions (i.e. A former owner added something) that does need to be included.
