For 2021: continue the glacially-slow progress back to being able to run a few times a week. Nothing gives you the lift that a run does. Mid-50s, that’s harder than I expected, I have to be realistic!
Other hope-to-do-these activities for 2021:
Park kickabouts that don’t end in three days of pain.
More and longer bike rides.
Rolling around some new concrete on a skateboard.
Regular swims again (Tier restrictions dependent).
