Hah. I suggested you to get a 50/34 front with a 11-34 on the back, because you seemed pretty set on using sram double tap that you got.
But I think you should get 3x10 tiagra :)I load mine with kids and panniers, so lowest gear is more important than a high gear.
Ideally you’d want both low and high and that’s only possible with external gears, or to some extend with a rohloff.My stoker does 25watt for up to 10 seconds, then there’s about half an hour and a pack of raisins needed to recharge.

Wait. You can't agree with @MisterMikkel about needing higher and lower gears than normal on a tandem, while suggesting I go 44/34 on the front of mine. Unless you just agree that he shouldn't go Nexus/Alfine...
