Anyone got any specific targets for 2021?
As usual, the main goal is to get rid of the excess weight, the rest of the goals (PBs/etc) should follow easily, but not setting any targets for those in 2021, that can all follow in 2022 when (hopefully) shit is back to normal.
So my only goal is:-
- Sub 75kg by the end of 2021.
- Sub 75kg by the end of 2021.
Anyone got any specific targets for 2021?
Having said I'm not thinking about future targets I'd like to see:
-improvements in pace up to and maybe including half marathon
-a plod around a non-event marathon
-more non-local running
