Same with one of my buddies that I ride most of my gravel stuff with. He takes that thing anywhere from technical single-track to fire roads and sand and longer road stretches, loaded and not loaded. sometimes he swaps for road wheels to do a group ride and he's flying also. Calls his bike "a perfect blend". Only avoids the super harsh enduro and downhill lines.
my main riding buddy has the Open Up. Nice looking bike although I cant believe how much it cost. It gets him around well though and no issues re riding carbon off road.
