I can’t find the primary schools opening later on the gov site. Seems inevitable it’ll include london.

We're also not on the list in Kingston, but Richmond are, yet we have higher infection rate right now, but Richmond's is increasing more rapidly. As Sutton and Wandsworth are also on the list, we're almost surrounded....puzzle me baffled.
