Unlikely I think. My run 2 days ago was horrendous, I felt totally incapable! I don't know if it was Christmas indulgence or that I'd ventured off road (don't fancy pavement w/the frost) for the first time in a while but it just wasn't happening. I've felt really stiff and immobile since too. Maybe related to the level of slop? Like you said, it's horrendous at the moment.
Above excuses aside I'm over the moon with 20:01 after some focused running and happy to chill out and enjoy it for a bit before thinking of targets again :)

@yoshy - d'ya reckon you'll get another crack at 5km today or tomorrow? The pavements may be clear but there might be icy patches still?
