  • Inverted method, 16-18g filter ground coffee, 90C water up to 240ml, 2:5 min steep, light stir to break crust, two papers pre-rinsed in carrier screwed on, squeeze all air out then flip onto cup and press over 30 secs. That’s roughly what I do.

  • Ha. I meant 2.5 mins; I think I initially typed “2:30 min” which doesn’t make sense, and then neglected to correct the colon.
