Got it for Xmas but haven't read it as yet. I'm intested in the importance of fascia for energy return as I've read about that before for other sports (martial arts mainly) and thought it would be interesting in relations to running. Also looking for tips to speed my slow self up a bit :)
Has anyone read the lost art of running?
I gave, and found it interesting, but thought that it sounded a little too good to be true.
