Yeah so it does. All the frames with thru axles have replaceable hangers, I was looking at the frames that use quick release - the hanger is part of the frame.

Presumably value engineering, as I'm pretty sure my old Vagabond has a replaceable hanger.

Pretty sure my 2015 CDF is replaceable. Not traditionally needed with steel frames.
