Having just watched Spectre, any recommendations for recent action/drama (not horror) that aren't completely devoid of intelligence, character development and suspense? I suppose A Quiet Place was the last thing I watched that kind of fit the bill.

Enjoyed many of the films that Chak listed, Sicario being one of my favourite films of recent years, These are also some of my faves;

dead mans shoes
gone baby gone
no country for old men
the town
out of the furnace
hell or high water
wind river
