I can answer this! BecAuse this was my job for a bit.
Noids are from gp surgeries or a and e (usually a walk in). You usually see them when you've got gastro infections, there's a whole list of them, so you go the gp, they do the test and also notify (sometimes by fax!)

Because of lab testing we didn't see so many.
