R785, XT Di2 (11 sp) and @Dick can send links from ebay. Most rely on outside UK shops though; with Brexit mess.

yeah I am aware there might be sourcing issues but that sounds like a cool setup which i hadn't considered.. will wait for @Dick to delivar

other approach could be to buy a bike on ebay and use as donor parts... bit more of a faf though + likely to end up with misc crap parts
