Threadless downtube cable bosses: Jagwire Mickeys (or similar), 'normal' ferrule and inline adjusters or mystery third option?
If it makes any difference, the bosses are 6mm ID and cable ferrules (sans cable, admittedly) seem to rattle around in there. I'm hoping the cable tension will keep them seated...
