Anyone got a spare SRAM 110bcd 50T 11speed chainring lying about? SE London be great!

Is there a difference? I use a 10 speed chainset on a 11 speed group, don't notice anything wrong with it.

You don’t notice it, because you using a 11 speed chainset, but if you were using a 10sp chain and a 11sp cassette, I can guarantee you that you would.
Different size chain and the space between cogs in the cassette that make the difference.
