Very much like Bad Kitty, but with hints of a bigger hangover.

That’s a good looking selection to me. Would’ve loved a couple Helles and need to try some of the Beak brewery stuff.

I basically just got a full selection of Deya and Polly as I was kinda in 🧟‍♂️ mode today and cba to go curating beer.

Saving my can for later in the festive season.

Initially clicked on and posted this in the covid thread by accident. Facepalm.

So I got some ‘Dubbel’ 7.2% double from the local guy yesterday. Not bad, not his best. The 400ml or so left was flat today so didn’t want to waste it.

Uncle brought some steaks over (I rarely eat industrial red meat) from a company my aunt works with, and so treated myself to a chunky ass sirloin fried with the Dubbel as a reduced stock. Tasted amazing. Proper steak and ale.

@Dexter - the Aldi Belgian blonde is going down nicely, although to be honest it's almost indistinguishable from Leffe Blonde. Looking forward to trying some darker brews over the festive period...

cherry La Chouffe

Got gifted one today, along with another big impy (& a not pictured cider from Caer Boissel).

Eating cherries gives me an itchy throat so I'm looking forward to seeing what the Cherry Chouffe does.

My small Christmas selection.

The Kernel Four Friends was absolutely lovely, had a real funk about it, almost cidery.

Next up is the Pohjala Italobanger, at 12.5% we'll be slurring along with everyone else in the thread...
