Not that I'm encouraging law breaking, but who is going to check up on you? Especially if you are off road. I very much doubt there will be police officers roaming the bridleways of Kent, checking the credentials of those using them.
Failing that, find bridleways within the boundaries of Bromley.

I would very much like to travel too a different tier 4 area (Kent) to ride my mountain bike, but I didn’t think that was allowed.
