I would say go to their office, but I guess that's not going to work these days.
Arrange a planned phonecall and email the agenda of what you want to discuss in advance?

That would require them actually responding to one of my emails to plan the phone call.

I've emailed the partner at the firm who oversees complaints this morning, copying in the managing partner and my solicitor's boss as well. Hopefully that will kick them into gear.
