Oh so they do, how did I manage to miss that...
Maybe I'd discounted them because they wouldn't fit in my 51mm clincher wheels too.

Any reason why these are so much cheaper than elsewhere?

Because Decathlon. I have these on 50mm carbon wheels, they don't poke out very far but still enough.
