A world away from the stouts etc that get posted here, but this was a truly exceptional beer I had last night. Tommie Sjef is a bit of a cult name in the Netherlands for his wild ales. He's almost more like a natural winemaker than a brewer. This one was a 'blend of several barrels of beer with different ages (1 up to 2 years old), which were macerated with different types of grapes — three in total: Olasz Rizling (white), Muscat (white), and a little bit of Kékfrankos.'. It was somewhere between a sour beer and a dry rosé. Perfect to have alongside some other wine (only comes in 750ml bottles too). Pretty hard to find but not impossible (he has a weird thing about not letting anyone mail his beers, so it's restricted to physical stores).
