There are obviously infinite options of steel frame sets.
If you mean other options within the category of Surly steamroller and Brother allday, which is track dropouts, wider tyre clearance etc then that narrows it down somewhat. Allday has mudguard mounts, steamroller does not. Older genesis day ones fit that category if you're looking for second hand.
If you just want another steel track frame, the list of options is pretty long.

Lower your tyre pressure
I was looking at the Surly steamroller or Brother all day. Any other options? I own a track triple butted aluminium frame and it is very stiff for long rides around town.
