Do you mean the down tube shifter bosses?
But agreed with @Lolo, that frame is not very suitable for a single speed setup.

But i just noticed (stupidly) that it has the gear sprockets on it. Frustrates me aesthetically to have them there with a track/single speed set up. Not all ALAN frames do, in fact most dont.
