Nah, I'm just jealous. Only have Nisa and Presto here in the East Midlands, I don't know what a Konditor is or does, or what one might do with a Dusty Knuckle. Pictures please and I'll salivate at a distance.

Not that I know of. Derby just doesn't seem able to sustain independent shops long term. The local chain is Birds, but they are nothing special. I'm pretty happy with co-op tbh, but is that because I know no better...?
