How's the ankle?
I'm in the same boat, running for me is as much about mental health as physical fitness. I rolled my ankle last year, had my foot in a boot and was absolutely gutted I couldn't run or ride for 6 weeks. I joined a gym and got myself on the rowing machines, which was a lifeline. Would highly recommend, if the news is bad.
Just rolled my ankle, heartbroken as need it to keep me sane and the weight off over Xmas. I know this is a ridiculous question but thoughts on how long until I can get out for a run again, it’s swelled but I can walk on it now without too much pain. It really is a crutch for me at the moment and I will be lost without it.
