@BareNecessities you know it makes my heart sing to see all this Gravelking slick hate amassing in one place. It would be schadenfreude if I didn't have the same experiences myself. One of the best decisions I ever made was to throw those tyres in the bin.

I've had a set of 38mm GK slicks on my town bike for over a year now and have been really happy with them. Not a single puncture and tread is still in good shape. No complaints

Might give them a go when the current GK’s life expire. Do they role a bit nicer than the GK’s or is it more durability where the score higher?

They defo roll nicer than the GK which surprised me as the tread is thicker, and it's night and day in terms of durability

Looking for a 700 x 35 tyre for the front of my bike that gets mixed road and windfarm track usage. Don't really go proper off road on it so a file type tread would be sufficient.

Was thinking Schwalbe G1 All Round or Hutchinson Override.

Surely pizza as plural is correct, but safety pizzas are individual items (and not actually pizza) then 'safety pizzas' is correct.

On another note this is the only proper application of Gravelkings: covering wire from being a trip hazard. Thanks to @cagimaha for the spot
