First proper testrun! Only issue is that my second hand Alfine 8speed backwheel needs som service to shift smooth. Now I need to stop pedaling for it to change gears.

Have you ridden an Alfine / hub gear before? You cannot just mash on the pedals and change gear, you need to momentarily take the pressure off the pedals for it to shift smooth
