That looks like quite the commuter bike from an experienced person, couple of bits I can appreciate:
- Easy pannier to lift off the bike and carry into the office
- Kickstand for when popping into a shop quickly
- "Stem bag" to throw in phone/keys

We'll ignore the front mudguard, saddle tilt and panniers too far back.
