Take a ladder and shoot from halfway up one of those trees? So you get the him & bubbles against paving?

Or give him a tenner to do the bubbles in front of a nearby concrete wall for five minutes

Definitely.
Though where I live street photography is forbidden by law anyway, so we're already used to stage things 🙂
