From my limited experience: they're snug (I'm a 7, in Nike this is bang on. In Adidas a 7 is too tight and a 7.5 is well sloppy. These salamons are Nike like.)
I ran anywhere there wasn't tarmac and on tarmac too. Didn't slip. Didn't fall over.
Didnt feel horrible.to run in.
