The THR are all fully digital modelling aren’t they?
You do get some real tube combos and heads with a headphone out now, eg the Blackstar Studio 10 / Anniversary series combos (yes, I mentioned them again). It models the cab after the power stage, but it’s fundamentally a “real” tube signal. It’s never going to be as “right” as using something like the Waza tube amp expander or a UA OX after the amp, but it’s probably better than stuff that models the valve behaviour.
The Strymon Iridium is supposed to be really impressive but again, digital, and I bought my Studio 10 for about the same price.
The Blackstar HT-1R is their little 1W home valve combo, it has the same headphone out with IR functionality, switchable overdrive channel and reverb built in. I’ve not tried one but maybe worth a look? HT-1RH is the head only version:

Is there such a thing as small tube amp for home use with headphones
I'm in a similar situation (flat with thin walls) and went for the Boss Waza Air as an intermediate solution. Some of the features are a bit rubbish, but for headphone playing it's great if you hone your settings in.
Is there such a thing as small tube amp for home use with headphones - I’m only going to be able to practice with phones for the forseable. I guess a THR would fit the bill but wonder if there’s something a bit more ‘real’ - so to speak -don’t need bells and whistles - just clean /crunch / reverb.
