It's still probably easier returning a desk to Ikea than returning it to Amazon.

I've only returned something to Amazon once and the process was painless although it took a while. It would have been awkward if I needed to arrange to be in for the collection but that wasn't a problem.

Yeah, I've returned stuff before, but it's only small stuff, not a massive desk. Do I wanna piss about with couriers?
