I'll probably build a rack for it as well if I can find the time.
Front or rear...?

I've been monitoring danish second hand market for a while for a cheap but good dropper.
I've been eyeing a Bontrager Line Elite dropper and yesterday seller dropped the price so I started negotiation with him. Got it for £45. Only catch is its missing the top part. But that can be had for £15 plus shipping. My tubes for the MTB should be on its way from the UK. Basically I've got everything for a new swag SSMTB very soon.

Really clever cable hanger integration.

Fantastic rack, love it. Cable hanger is excellent. Is the tube that goes up to the fork crown hole threaded, to receive a bolt from the back of the crown?
Also looks like quite heavy gearing for a townie/dadbike!

Thanks.
The racks center tube is slightly thicker wall than the rest. I jammed a 6mm Allen key top into the end of it just enough that I could mount a M6 bolt onto it. The I welded the bolt and the tube together leaving a little gap so I was sure to penetrate to the Allen key top. That was just quicker than machining a threaded part and silver solder it into the tube like I normally do. I am certain it will be strong enough. It was a good tight fit.
Gearing is 44T / 12-28T. Copenhagen is absolutely flat and my mate is a former Bike Messenger. I reckon he'd be angry if gearing was too light. It is also a parts bin build and I don't have a longer rear mech.

Copenhagen is absolutely flat
That is simply not true. Some of the bridges are like 20m above sea level.

Lol.
He'll be fine on 44/28
That’s a clever way to add more grip to your tires!
