I love ‘em. Also we have a series of habitat investigations ( not just bats) on going at our site in Westminster to establish summer roosting sites. This involves night time study of entry / exit with our ecology team between 2 - 4 am
All bats in the UK are protected by law, something we are taught in construction.
The pigeons however have to be shot dead if established, no other remedy
I could start a thread on London Ecology with the stuff we have learnt.
