Flying foxes are big pollinators, a lot of people net their fruit trees to stop the bats getting at them... They'll generally have a nibble and then move onto the next fruit, bit inconsiderate really... Next time I'm at their roosting spot I'll shoot some video, I could watch them for hours... Kinda looks like this, bit otherworldly...
